Juniors (Ages 7-12)

Our Junior program focuses on building physical skills as well as promoting emotional and mental wellbeing. With step-by-step tuition, your child will have fun learning effective self-defence skills, improving their focus.

At this age, children often have to deal with peer pressure and bullying for the first time. Here we’ll help them develop strategies to cope with difficult situations in a non-confrontational way, enhancing their confidence and social skills.

This comprehensive program culminates in the achievement of a Junior Black Belt.
